About the service and contacts

AstraGPT is an independent online service: one account gives you models from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, ByteDance and other developers for chat, images, video, voice and music. This page covers how it works, how to pay and where to write if something goes wrong.

Questions about payments, credits and how the models work go to the support bot @AstraAgentsSUP_bot on Telegram. Describe what happened and attach a screenshot if you can.

The main bot is @AstraAgents_bot: it opens the same account as the site, with the same plan, credits and chats.

How the service works

  • The models are made by their developers. AstraGPT doesn’t train them: the site and studios run on our server and pass requests to the models.
  • You log in with Telegram — no email or password. The account is shared between the site and the bot.
  • Chat uses your plan’s limit; images, video, voice and music use credits. The price of a generation shows on the button before you start, and if a generation fails, the credits come back.
  • Finished works stay in your library until you delete them.
  • The site is available in English, Spanish, Portuguese, French and Russian.

Payment

There are three ways to pay: Telegram Stars on the site, and crypto or SBP in our Telegram app (@AstraAgents_bot). One account, shared plan and credits. For crypto and SBP, AstraGPT pays the payment provider’s fee, and nothing renews automatically. Plan and pack prices are on the pricing page.

  • Telegram Stars — on the site and in the app; the invoice opens in Telegram.
  • Crypto — in the Telegram app, at the rate shown on the payment page.
  • SBP — in the Telegram app, only from the app of a Russian bank.

Rules

Requests go through automatic moderation. You can’t create illegal content, pass yourself off as someone else, or use other people’s photos or voices without their consent. The full list is in the Terms of Service.

  2. Describe your question and attach a screenshot if you have one.
  3. The reply comes to the same chat.

How do I contact support?
Message @AstraAgentsSUP_bot on Telegram. For payment questions, include the date and the payment method.
Is AstraGPT affiliated with OpenAI, Google or Anthropic?
No. It’s an independent service: we give access to these companies’ models through our own studio and don’t act on their behalf.
I paid, but my credits didn’t arrive. What should I do?
Write to support. Under the Terms of Service, at your choice we’ll grant the purchase or refund the money in full.
How do I get a refund for a plan?
Write to support. The payment is refunded minus the services already provided; the calculation is in the Terms of Service.
How do I delete my account?
Write to support. What gets deleted and when is described in the Privacy Policy.
