Terms of Service (Public Offer)

Version of 7 October 2026

This is a translation. The Russian version of this document is binding and prevails in case of any discrepancy.

1. General provisions

1.1. This agreement is a public offer (Article 435 and Clause 2 of Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation). It is made by the administration of the AstraGPT service (the “Contractor”, “we”). The agreement sets out the terms on which we provide services through the AstraGPT website at its main address https://astragpt.net and its additional address https://astragpt.org (the “Website”).

1.2. You accept the offer (Clause 3 of Article 438 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation) when you log in to the Website or pay for a plan or a credit pack. From that moment, a contract for the provision of services for a fee (Articles 779–783 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation) is concluded between you and the Contractor on the terms of this agreement.

1.3. You may view the pages of the Website without logging in. If you do not agree with these terms, do not log in to the Website and do not pay for the services.

1.4. How we process personal data is described in the Personal Data Processing Policy. It forms part of this agreement.

1.5. The Contractor’s contact details are given in section 15.

2. Definitions

2.1. User, you: a person who has logged in to the Website.

2.2. Account: your profile on the Website. It is linked to the Telegram account you used to log in.

2.3. Model: a neural network made by a third-party developer to which the Website gives access, for text, images, video, voice-over, music and games.

2.4. Generation: a request to a model to create an image, video, voice-over or music.

2.5. Plan: a set of terms consisting of plan credits, a chat limit, free images per day and game credits per week. The free plan has no end date; paid plans last 30 days from the moment of payment.

2.6. Credits: the Website’s internal unit of account used to pay for generations. Plan credits are granted for the paid period and expire at its end. Non-expiring credits are credits bought in packs, received as rewards for tasks or returned for failed generations.

2.7. Chat limit: a cap on the use of paid text models. It is calculated on the actual cost of responses, not on the number of messages.

2.8. Platega: the payment service through which payments via SBP (the Russian Faster Payments System) and in cryptocurrency are accepted.

3. What we do

3.1. We provide access to models through the Website interface: chat with text models, including a discussion of one question by several models; creation of images, video, voice-over and music; creation of browser games; and a media library for your files and results.

3.2. Models are created and operated by third parties, for example OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI and DeepSeek. We do not create or train models. Requests to them are sent through the OpenRouter service.

3.3. The list of models, generation prices in credits and plan terms are published at astragpt.net/pricing. The price of a particular generation is shown on the start button before you press it.

3.4. A developer may change a model or discontinue it. In that case we remove the model from the list or replace it. No credits are charged for a generation that did not take place.

3.5. The services are provided online. Access opens immediately after you log in, and a paid plan or credits become available immediately after the payment is confirmed.

4. Login and account

4.1. You log in to the Website through Telegram (Telegram Login). Telegram confirms that the Telegram account is yours and sends us your ID, name, username and profile photo. By logging in, you allow us to send you messages in Telegram: payment confirmations and reminders that your plan is about to expire.

4.2. One account corresponds to one Telegram account. Do not give other people access to your Telegram account: actions taken from your account are deemed to be yours.

4.3. Login data is stored in your browser and remains valid for 30 days. The “Sign out” button deletes it from that device.

4.4. The Website may be used from the age of 14. Users aged 14 to 18 may use it only with the consent of a parent or other legal representative. Only adults may pay for the services.

4.5. You can delete your account by writing to support (section 15). What is deleted and within what period is described in the Personal Data Processing Policy.

5. Plans, credits and limits

5.1. All models are available on every plan, including the free one. Plans differ in plan credits, chat limit, the number of free images per day and game credits per week. The paid plans are AstraLITE, AstraONLY, AstraPRO, AstraMAX and AstraULTRA. What each plan includes is shown on the pricing page.

5.2. A paid plan lasts 30 days from the moment of payment. Plan credits are granted at the start of the period.

5.3. A plan does not renew automatically: we do not charge any money without your action. You can renew the same plan when 3 days or less remain until the end of the period. The new period starts immediately after the current one.

5.4. A higher plan can be bought at any time. It lasts 30 days from the moment of payment, and the previous plan and its unspent plan credits end at that moment. The cost of the unused part of the previous plan can be refunded under section 7. A lower plan cannot be bought while a higher one is active.

5.5. Plan credits expire at the end of the paid period; the balance is not carried over to the next period. About 48 hours before that, we send you a reminder of the balance in Telegram.

5.6. Non-expiring credits have no expiry date and work on any plan. They can be bought in packs on the pricing page.

5.7. When you run a generation, plan credits are charged first, then non-expiring credits.

5.8. A generation starts only if your available credits cover its price. Credits are charged for a successful result. If a generation fails, no credits are charged for it, and credits already charged are automatically returned as non-expiring credits.

5.9. The price of a generation in credits may change following changes in the prices of model developers. The price shown on the button at the moment you start the generation applies. Credits already bought do not expire or decrease as a result.

5.10. Credits are not money, electronic money or a means of payment. They cannot be withdrawn, exchanged for money or transferred to another user. Money paid for unspent purchased credits is refunded under section 7.

5.11. Free images. GPT Image models can be used without credits within the plan’s daily allowance if low quality, 1K size, one image and no more than one reference photo are selected. The allowance resets at 00:00 Moscow time; unused generations are not carried over. Beyond the allowance or with other settings, the generation is paid for with credits, and the price is shown on the button.

5.12. Chat limit. Paid text models are available within the plan’s limit for the last 3 hours and for the last 7 days. Long responses and more powerful models use up the limit faster. When the limit is used up, the Website shows when access will return. Models marked as always available keep working after that, up to 300 messages per day.

5.13. Game credits are a separate weekly allowance for creating games. They cannot be bought or carried over to the next week. They reset every Monday at 00:00 Moscow time. You can play and publish games without them.

5.14. Tasks and rewards are described in your profile. Rewards are granted as non-expiring credits. If you use your account 7 days in a row, you can increase your weekly chat limit by 1.5 times for 7 days.

5.15. The allowances and limits of a plan are part of its terms, not a malfunction. We do not reduce them during a period that has already been paid for.

6. Prices and payment

6.1. Prices of plans and credit packs are shown at astragpt.net/pricing. The price in roubles is final: we pay the payment service’s fee, and it is not added to the price.

6.2. Payment methods:

  • SBP — through your bank’s app on the Platega payment page;
  • cryptocurrency — on the Platega payment page; the amount in cryptocurrency is calculated at the exchange rate shown there;
  • Telegram Stars — the invoice opens in Telegram, and the price is shown in Stars.

6.3. You enter your card, bank account or crypto wallet details on the side of the bank, Platega or Telegram. We do not receive or store them.

6.4. Payment is deemed made when Platega or Telegram confirms it. After that, the plan or credits are granted automatically, and we send you a confirmation in Telegram.

6.5. If the payment went through but the plan or credits were not granted, write to support. At your choice, we will grant the purchase or refund the money in full.

6.6. The Contractor issues an electronic receipt in the manner and within the time limits set by law for its tax regime. If you have not received a receipt, write to support.

7. Withdrawal from the services and refunds

7.1. You may withdraw from the services at any time (Article 32 of the Law of the Russian Federation “On Protection of Consumer Rights”). We will refund the payment minus the cost of the services already provided. How this cost is calculated is described below.

7.2. Plan. Refund amount = payment × (1 − usage share). The usage share is the greater of two values: the share of the period’s days that have passed (the day of payment counts as a full day) and the share of plan credits spent on successful generations.

Example: a plan for 410 ₽ for 30 days with 100 credits; the request is made on day 6, and 40 credits have been spent. Days: 6 of 30, which is 20%. Credits: 40 of 100, which is 40%. The usage share is 40%. Refund: 410 × 0.6 = 246 ₽.

7.3. Credit pack. Refund amount = unspent credits of that pack × pack price ÷ number of credits in the pack. For the calculation, non-expiring credits are deemed to be spent in this order: first those received as rewards and those returned, then purchased credits, starting with the earliest pack.

Example: a pack of 300 credits for 825 ₽, that is 2.75 ₽ per credit. 120 credits have been spent and 180 remain. Refund: 180 × 2.75 = 495 ₽.

7.4. Credits received as rewards for tasks and game credits are free of charge and are not refunded in money.

7.5. After a refund, the plan ends, and the credits of the refunded purchase are deducted from the balance.

7.6. How to submit a request: write to support in Telegram (section 15). State your Telegram username, the date, amount and method of payment and, if you have it, the order number.

7.7. We calculate the amount and refund the money within 10 days of receiving the request by the same method you used to pay, through Platega. If a refund by that method is not possible (for example, for a cryptocurrency payment), the money is transferred to the bank details you provide.

7.8. We refund a purchase paid with Telegram Stars in Stars through Telegram. Telegram refunds such a payment only in full. Therefore, we refund an unused purchase in full. If a purchase has been partly used, the amount under clauses 7.2–7.3 is calculated from the rouble price of that purchase on the pricing page on the day of payment and is transferred in roubles to the bank details you provide.

7.9. Credits for failed generations are returned automatically (clause 5.8); no request is needed for this.

8. Rules of use

8.1. You may not use the Website to create or distribute materials that:

  • violate the law of the Russian Federation;
  • contain sexualised images of minors — such requests are always blocked;
  • call for violence, terrorism or extremism, or incite hatred;
  • contain instructions for making weapons, explosives or drugs;
  • impersonate real people or organisations in order to mislead;
  • infringe copyright or other rights of third parties;
  • serve fraud, phishing or the distribution of malware.

8.2. You may clone a voice from a recording only if it is your own voice or the person has consented to it. Use the image of a real person only with that person’s consent (Article 152.1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation).

8.3. You may not access the Website with scripts or bots, circumvent limits, create multiple accounts to obtain rewards, interfere with the operation of the Website or resell access to it without the Contractor’s written permission.

8.4. Requests and publication descriptions are checked automatically. A request that violates clause 8.1 may be rejected. If you believe a rejection is wrong, write to support.

9. Generation results

9.1. Responses and results are created by models automatically. They may contain errors, inaccuracies and made-up facts. Check them before making medical, legal, financial or other important decisions.

9.2. We claim no rights to your requests or results. When using results, you alone are responsible for compliance with the law and the rights of third parties. A result may be similar to results of other users; we do not guarantee its uniqueness. Model developers may set their own terms for the use of results.

9.3. You allow us to store and process your requests, files and results only in order to provide the services: to send a request to a model, show the result, keep your history and media library, and show the games you have published in the community feed.

9.4. The interface, design, texts and program code of the Website belong to the Contractor. They may not be copied, decompiled or distributed without permission.

10. Storage of your materials

10.1. Chat history is stored on the server and is available on all your devices. A chat you delete is also deleted from the server.

10.2. Files attached to chat messages are kept for 48 hours.

10.3. Files in the media library and generation results are kept until you delete them. Space in the media library is limited by your plan; deleting files frees it up.

10.4. When your account is deleted, your materials are deleted too. Save important results in advance; you can download them from the media library.

11. Games and the community feed

11.1. You can publish a game you have created in the community feed. Other users then see it together with your username and profile photo.

11.2. Publication descriptions are checked automatically. We remove publications that violate section 8.

11.3. If you have allowed remixing, other users can make their own version of the game. That version will show whose game it is based on.

11.4. You can unpublish a game at any time. If it is published again, likes and counters start from zero.

12. Connected apps (MCP and plugins)

12.1. You can connect your account to AI apps made by other developers — Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Visual Studio Code and other programs that support the MCP protocol (the “Connected App”). The app connects to the server at https://astragpt.net/mcp. A connection is created only after you have signed in to the Website and pressed “Allow” on the confirmation page.

12.2. The confirmation page lists what the Connected App will be able to do. With the generation permission, it creates images, videos and voiceovers on your behalf and spends your credits on them. With the library permission, it can see and use the files in your media library: generation results from the Website, from Telegram and from Connected Apps, and the files you uploaded. A Connected App cannot delete files, buy plans or credits, change your account settings or read your chats on the Website.

12.3. Generations through a Connected App are paid with credits at the same prices as on the Website (sections 5 and 6). Free daily images are not provided through Connected Apps. When a generation starts, its cost is held on your balance and charged only when the result is ready; if the generation fails, the hold is released. There is no spending limit for a Connected App: it can spend credits as long as there are credits on the balance. Every charge appears in the credit history with the name of the app.

12.4. Requests that a Connected App sends to the Website are deemed to be yours (clause 4.2). The app and its AI model decide which requests to send, based on your messages and their own rules. Connect only apps you trust and keep an eye on what you ask them to do. A Connected App works under its developer’s terms. Its developer is not our partner, and the app names are trademarks of their owners.

12.5. You can disconnect an app at any time on the “MCP · Plugins” page of the Website, in the “Connected apps” section. Access stops immediately. Generations started before disconnection finish and are paid under clause 12.3; their results stay in the media library. Removing AstraGPT inside the app itself does not revoke access on our side — to do that, disconnect the app on the Website. Access lasts for a limited time and is extended while the app is in use; when it expires, the app will ask you to connect again.

12.6. Sections 9 and 10 apply to results obtained through Connected Apps. No watermarks are added to them.

12.7. We may disconnect a Connected App or all connections of an account if we see signs of abuse, leaked access or a breach of section 8. We will let you know unless the law prohibits it.

13. Liability and restriction of access

13.1. We try to keep the Website running without interruption but cannot guarantee it: its operation depends on model developers, OpenRouter, Telegram, payment services and hosting.

13.2. We are not liable for the content of model responses, for decisions you make on the basis of them or for the actions of other users, unless the law provides otherwise.

13.3. This section does not limit the rights granted to you by the Law of the Russian Federation “On Protection of Consumer Rights” and other laws.

13.4. We may restrict or terminate access to an account for a violation of section 8, and also where required by law or by a payment service. We will tell you the reason unless the law prohibits it. In that case, the unused part of the payment is refunded under section 7.

14. Amendments and disputes

14.1. We may amend this agreement. A new version is published on this page with its date and takes effect on the day of publication. It does not reduce the allowances of a period already paid for and does not cancel purchased credits.

14.2. If you do not agree with the new version, you may withdraw from the services under section 7 and delete your account.

14.3. Send claims to support in Telegram (section 15). We respond within 10 days of receipt.

14.4. This agreement is governed by the law of the Russian Federation. Disputes are heard by a court in accordance with the jurisdiction rules established by Article 17 of the Law of the Russian Federation “On Protection of Consumer Rights”.
